"I recently celebrated my birthday with friends and family at this stunning VRBO in Cabarete, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the host's incredible responsiveness set the tone for our stay. They were always just a message away, responding within minutes to help us book tours and events, making our trip seamless and stress-free. "Walkable to the beach was nice; had AC&Fans to cool off; English translation bit of a challenge. Kitchen counters bedding needs upgrading & some toilet plumbing issues. Needs handyman touch visit. Communication when worked to english through translator was awesome. Didnt have dryer for rainy days.Police station nearby was nice as other units could have very loud music....& As well close to strip of bars thus some overflow music"

"The unit that VRBO had me prepay for did not exist!! I was in another country with no where to stay. I tried to contact VRBO numerous times but this issue has still not been resolved. I haven’t gotten my money back and I havent heard from anyone directly. The fact that I am filling out a questionaire about a stay that did not happen is a prime example of the disconnect in communication."

"the casa linda property is very nice and well worth coming to . the villa we had was nice but was older (not a big deal) but needs alot of TLC pictures on the wall were falling apart one of the washrooms would not flush and my big peeve the pot and pans were all scratched and needed to be scrubbed before we were able to use them handle's loose , just replace them !!! "

"The Senator is a dream resort for families and couples. Excellent dining options. Never were we disappointed with the food. Daily cleaning was so nice as well since it came as a surprise to us… coming back to a freshly made bed is heaven. The staff are wonderful! Unfortunately we only had 3 full days and it was overcast/rainy for 2 of them but what a dream to just sit with your slider doors open and listen to the rain while laying in bed and relaxing. The beach and the property are so well maintained and beautiful it’s hard to go anywhere in this resort and not find a place to relax, eat, drink, or take a nice photo. Second time back with boyfriend (first time was with my family). There were power outages the last day we were there but ONLY at night time and they lasted a few seconds. This was also during VERY heavy rain. It did not impact our trip or the experience what so ever. Also the spa!! Another review is needed for that one! The staff at Senzia were amazing, as well! 10/10"

BlueBay Villas Doradas - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Had a great stay at BlueBay Villas Doradas. The staff was excellent. Food options were perfect for us. The a la carte dinner were great, except for the Italian dinner. That was a huge disappointment. Everything else was very nice. Our bed was comfortable, and we rested well. One other negative was the entertainment. It was boring. The staff should make an effort to engage with tge guests more. Have guests participate and get rid of Mexican night. This is the DR! There is plenty of great music and entertainment to energize an audience. Besides that, this is nice resort to spend a few nights. "
