"We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very nice except one grouchy guy at the beach grill. The rest were all very nice. Our room was spacious but there was not a chair or table as we usually have. We requested a chair and were given a plastic one. Food was good. what we expected for a 3 star experience. "

"We were the only people there."

"This was our third or fourth time in Cabarete and our second time staying at the Presidential suites. The first time we stayed ( about 3 weeks ago) it was for only 1 night but this time we decided to stay for 5 nights. Minus a few of our children getting sick (no fault of the resort) we really enjoyed our time. "In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. "Beautiful Resort misleading in the description the blue bracelet does not give you access like a gold bracelet would otherwise host was polite in an attentive they tried to explain to me they just changed the color to Blue but I am also a owner there and they did not change it to Blue gold bracelets give you more options and amenities"

"Overall the resort was great. I was there for a wedding and enjoyed the stay. I think improvements can be made when trying to make dinner reservations. The VIP office was closed whenever I tried to make a dinner plans and had to call from my room phone. I also think for the VIP price, Wi-Fi should be offered. Had the most fun at Harmony Beach. Manny was very attentive and provided the best service."

"Our reservation got cancelled a night before. This was the worst experience ever. We had to get other reservations the day of. This is terrible customer service."

"I didn’t check in, When I arrive they told me I have to pay additional $97 per day. And my spouse couldn’t stay with me. If I want her to stay I had to pay additional $400 dollars. I wasn’t able to contact you guys to cancel. When I get back to the state, I’ll try to contact you to see if I can get a refund."

"The Senator is a dream resort for families and couples. Excellent dining options. Never were we disappointed with the food. Daily cleaning was so nice as well since it came as a surprise to us… coming back to a freshly made bed is heaven. The staff are wonderful! Unfortunately we only had 3 full days and it was overcast/rainy for 2 of them but what a dream to just sit with your slider doors open and listen to the rain while laying in bed and relaxing. The beach and the property are so well maintained and beautiful it’s hard to go anywhere in this resort and not find a place to relax, eat, drink, or take a nice photo. Second time back with boyfriend (first time was with my family). There were power outages the last day we were there but ONLY at night time and they lasted a few seconds. This was also during VERY heavy rain. It did not impact our trip or the experience what so ever. Also the spa!! Another review is needed for that one! The staff at Senzia were amazing, as well! 10/10"

"Had a great stay at BlueBay Villas Doradas. The staff was excellent. Food options were perfect for us. The a la carte dinner were great, except for the Italian dinner. That was a huge disappointment. Everything else was very nice. Our bed was comfortable, and we rested well. One other negative was the entertainment. It was boring. The staff should make an effort to engage with tge guests more. Have guests participate and get rid of Mexican night. This is the DR! There is plenty of great music and entertainment to energize an audience. Besides that, this is nice resort to spend a few nights. "
