"We had a wonderful stay at Viva Heavens. Our room was spacious and had balcony. Food and drinks were decent. The main dining buffet does open late (6:30) so if you like to eat early this isn’t ideal. The beach area was clean and had plenty of loungers and had the option of being in the shade or in the sun. "In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower.
