"First I would like to say the staff is extremely nice and helpful and they work hard to make you happy. Many meals are served and food variety is very rich. Our stay at Alisa Cruise was disappointing for two main reasons. First, the overall experience is extremely touristic and industrial. All activities they offer end up being very crowded as you do the same activities as at least another dozen boats. They took us to a beach which was so tiny and busy and we preferred going back to the tiny...

"I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. "It's cheap businesses attitude. Unfriendly, unhelpful, doesnt feel welcoming as a hotel guest , and unprofessional. The hotel can't even give you a free bottle of mineral water in your hotel room. No toilet paper etc..They will charge you every penny they could. What a cheap businesses model.. "

"This cruise is highly recommended for the service, food, staff, and small size. The rooms were also very nice. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure there are always steps for the tender or provide one that makes it easier to board and disembark. In some locations it was extremely difficult, and considering I have a bad knee it was almost impossible on occasion. This caused me to actually pull a muscle in my right leg."

"Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, eine Nacht in der Halongbay zu bleiben, da am Abend und Morgen die Massen an Touristen etwas weniger sind. Im Gesamt muss man jedoch sagen, dass die Bucht völlig überlaufen ist, was wirklich schade ist. Auf dem Boot hat aber alles gepasst, Essen war gut und der Service auch.
