Service: The staff really take care of you. Especially, Hoa and Tien went above and beyond making sure we had a great experience; good excursions (biking, caves) and activities (cooking class, kayaking), special requests, comfortable room, anything we needed. 2. Delicious dining: I didn't expect such high quality meals....

"We hadden garden bay premium cruise geboekt maar zagen zelf dat we ingedeeld waren op de legend. Hierop zeiden ze dat de legend betere boot was en dat we upgrade hadden gehad. Het zou fijn zijn geweest als dat vooraf gezegd zou worden. Eenmaal op de boot lagen we iets achter op schema waardoor we tijdens de 5-gangen lunch heel snel moesten eten. Je bord was nog niet leeg en het volgende gerecht kwam er alweer aan. De baai (ha long en bai tu long) is super mooi en we hadden geluk met het weer....

"Although being initially excited about our stay on the Majestic... combined with the anticipation of experiencing the Halong Bay environment, the Majestic (and its service over two days) definitely needs improvement: Firstly, we had RATS in the ceiling and walls... and not just a squeak, but continual squeaks and knawing at the timber boards. In other words, no sleep for both night!!! Thus, when addressing this to the crew and hosts each night, one could see that there was no intent to fix...
