"Check in went smooth, dead mouse found in cabinet. Cleaning crew should have smelled and found this rather easily. AC did not work at all. Refrigerator did not work but freezer did. Property manager could not repair in a timely manner so after spending our first day of vacation dealing with these issues the front desk manager moved us to a more than adequate replacement property. "Having never been to Hendersonville previously, my wife and I selected the Kanuga Place near downtown to stay for a long weekend, and we enjoyed our stay there very much. We ran out of Breakfast-Blend coffee for the Keurig coffee maker on the third day, and the place could use a second TV - either in the sunroom or the main bedroom, but it suited our needs, and we are happy to have selected the place."

"Our condo was very comfortable but a little hard to find at first. We arrived well after dark so finding the condo was a little hard. But once there checkin was great, beds were comfortable and place was pretty clean. We did find cobwebs around the lights and some celaphane wrapping under one of the beds (eek) but over all a very nice place. Plan accordingly as the cell service is very spotty in the area but once in the Rubling Resort Area (pools, beach and golf) you can connect to their wi-fi."

"The pics make the space look much bigger than actual. The building is run down and old. The space was clean but not updated as far as counter tops and furniture. Our favorite part was the outside porch and water view. They love pets but no receptacles for disposal except large trash bin at back of property. We felt the property was overpriced for condition. As well after we paid we started receiving all kinds of emails about how we would be charged for noise, for non cleaning and other things....
