"My daughters and I stayed for Spring Break and this location was exactly what we needed. It had everything we could want or need and more. Everything was clean and in its place with plenty of helpful extras. So many things to do here to stay busy for everyone. But also when needed ability to just relax and unwind. Excellent communication with host which is always appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone."

"My wife and I decided to take our young children to the mountains for an impromptu vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by the home and the beautiful lake upon arrival. This home is extremely well stocked and was very clean. It is in a great location to all of the conveniences you may need but also feels somewhat secluded for that peace of mind. As for the host…Karen is one of the nicest and helpful hosts you could possibly ask for. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking."

"Had a great time, beautiful view, and the lake was great. The kitchen was stocked well with everything you need. However, the paddle boat was broken and we were not able to use it. The hot tub worked great! Would recommend and would stay here again!"

"The informational packet provided by the hosts was extremely helpful and very thorough, and even provided recommendations for places to visit. We only had one minor issue during our stay which we were able to communicate to the hosts to resolve. The kitchen in the cabin had anything we could possibly need and we were able to easily cook multiple meals after visiting the nearby Ingles. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend this location to anyone looking for somewhere central to stay...

"My son and I usually stay in Chimney Rock- but due to the destruction of Chimney Rock that was not possible- we decided to stay in Lake Lure to help the community. "This is a great little spot and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place on Lake Lure. It’s convenient and well taken care of in a good location on the lake and having the dock to relax on and the kayaks to take out made for a really great vacation.
