"We were very impressed with the location of this hotel - front row seats to 24-hour ocean waves. There was a glitch with the water/pipes in the wing we were in and we had to move rooms. The staff was apologetic and amazing in their professionalism to find solutions that worked. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Every room has a balcony I think. The seagulls float in the outdoor pool which is kind of nasty but since it’s January we didn’t plan on swimming out there. The location to local eateries is very close too which is a bonus. The tile work on the walls at floor 0 and up to floor 5 is amazing. I recommend this hotel to people. We enjoyed our stay very much. The village is beautiful. The people and staff are nice!"

"Fizemos early check in sem problemas. Chegamos mais cedo e já tinham o quarto pronto e deixaram-nos entrar. Perto da praia, muito sossegado. Apanhamos um fim de semana de sol e bom para usufruir do melhor de Tróia. A praia e as caminhadas pela areia que sabem sempre bem em pleno Novembro. Não dou 5 estrelas de overall devido ao pequeno almoço. Não são organizados, a variedade para um hotel de 5 estrelas deixa muito a desejar. Acho que para um hotel de 5 estrelas o pequeno almoço tem muito a melhor, a começar na organização da sala e dos trabalhadores. Na parte da seleção que temos de comida para o pequeno almoço, acho que para o que se paga e sendo 5 estrelas poderiam e deviam ter melhor oferta. Mas no geral gostamos da estadia. "

"Fabulous place; peaceful and beautiful area, huge sandy beach with shallow water. Hotel has a lovely pool, its staff was very friendly spacious room with large terrace and amazing view. Fantastic breakfasts The only minus for me was lack of coffee/tea maker, I think hotel at this standard should provide it. "

"The shower gave me a nightmare because it flooded the entire bedroom and bathroom within 15 min shower. I had to do camping in the living room for 2 nights. "
