"The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. It was very quiet and pleasant. The breakfast wasn’t very diverse and had average quality. The staff care about cleanliness and do a very good job in that regard. However, in my opinion, the bathroom needed better cleaning and the fan wasn’t working."

"Modern property across the street from the Cairns Esplanade. Shuttle service available (4x a day) to the town center (book it at the front desk) there are return shuttles as well, but we chose to walk back. The in house dining options were very good. Helpful and friendly staff. Some on-site parking, plenty of street parking. Comfortable rooms, the A/C really works well. Would stay there again."

"We had a 2 bed apartment, it had enough space for a family of 4 with 2 single beds for the kids. Large kitchen/Dinning/Family area. Large 2 way bathroom. Staff were exceptional, very helpful with tourist information. We also had a toaster die and it was replaced the same morning. Short walk to beach, dining options and small local shop. The only issue we had was with the phone ringing with no one at the other end, we unplugged it. They said they are getting a new phone system."
