"3 night stay for a local business event. The property was lovely and clean and the beds soft and comfortable. The grass did need cutting and the front garden wasn't that nice.Some real basics were missing like. Salt and pepper, can opener, , and scissors. No basis casserole dish. Kitchen kit h equipment more than basic. The rchairs and couch sadly was the most uncomfortable furniture I have every day on, although looked colourful."

"Bad communication, room wasn’t looked after, food and found a vape in the fridge was not a pleasant stay ended up leaving the first night didn’t stay for both."

"Accommodation was absolutely spotless. The decor and furnishings are lovely, even had a christmas tree and decorations, it was so warm and cosy. The hosts left us some provisions, which was appreciated. The location was perfect for us, nice and quiet, with an enclosed patio area so our dogs were nice and safe. Nice walks in the area, pity the pub wasn't open as its literally 5 min walk away. Skipton is only 8 minutes drive away. Would definitely book to stay here again and will recommend to...

"6 friends/family enjoyed 2 nights here. 10 min walk from Piccadilly and close to Trafford centre and shops/bars/restaurants. A spacious, well presented property. The top bedroom more suited to kids re access being a little difficult. Great to have some outside space. Felt very secure, Would visit again."
