"We only stayed for one night but I cannot fault this hotel! It’s in a fab location, the staff were lovely and so helpful. Other reviews mention having trouble getting into the building late at night but we had no issues whatsoever. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable with sumptuous pillows. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Manchester! "

"A very last minute booking due to train problems. Check in, about 10 minutes after booking, was quick and polite. A toothbrush was delivered to me within a few minutes. The room was huge, the bed incredibly comfortable, everything you could want."

"I really liked this hotel. It was clean and fresh. It was central to all the places that I needed to go. Room size was excellent. The breakfasts had plenty of variety on the buffet. The bed was very comfortable. I will be staying here again in March 2025."
