"The house is very pretty and comfortable, Loved the fenced yard for the dogs and location was perfect for us as we could navigate the area easily, The view from to the river is so pretty, got to see a Heron, a deer getting to the bank up to his Belly to eat Algae! We had a nice Family time! Mike was very nice to let us check out an hour late."

"What a great week! The house was the cleanest pet friendly house we have ever stayed in. The host was extremely helpful making sure we had everything we needed. There were plenty of cozy blankets and the beds are super comfy! We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended our visit an extra day! We would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to come and enjoy the lake. We would absolutely rent this house again."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Craftsman. The amenities were exactly as advertised. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable, fenced yard was perfect for our dog, large dining room table provided plenty of room for a puzzle and we enjoyed the perfect location close to ETSU, Milligan University and any necessary shopping. "Beautiful, comfortable and clean, the dock at the lake was so nice for fishing, swimming, relaxing. Great deck on the cabin to hang out..Just beautiful. Quiet and private but close enough to get out to area attractions.. highly recommend this place"

"Upsides: Super cute cabin off the grid! Perfect for one person or a couple to get away for a bit. Onsite property manager was very nice. Cabin has separate areas for cooking, sleeping, watching TV. (It’s not just one big room) Downsides: 25 miles from nearest grocery store. Small AC unit upstairs in loft area. (This would not be a problem most of the year, but it was 90 outside when I showed up and the cabin was super hot when I arrived). The cabin did eventually cool off and stayed...

"The location of this house is excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and getting to it is easy. The covered outdoor lounge area was a nice place to relax and also offered a place to park our motorcycles to keep them out of the weather. There are a few concerns that were listed by another visitor back in February that were not taken care of by the time of our stay. Namely, the master bed needs more supports, there were very few hangers in the closets, the propane tank for the outdoor fire pit was...

"Newton's Nest exceeded expectations. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here - as comfortable as home! And everything we needed - including the convention center where I attended an event - was within a 10-minute drive. Publix, Walmart, Walgreens were just 3 minutes from the house. I hope to be back again next year! 5 Stars... or more!"
