"3 nights to celebrate Thanksgiving with family who reside in Johnson City. The house is wonderful and very clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Only concern is that it’s located on the corner of a busy street, which I didn’t realize when booking. Other than the expected traffic noise, it was very quiet. Would stay here again. "

"We stayed 3 days 11/10-11/13. We were immediately impressed by the house. It was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated down to a wonderful Christmas tree programmed to light at 5PM and stay on 5 hours. Made for a wonderful ambiance. We had a couple of issues maintenance related but both Joe and Judy responded immediately to get those things taken care up. They are very friendly and kind owners. We enjoyed talking to them. The only sad thing is that the weather was crappy! It was very cold...

"Our family of 5 had a great stay. We didn't spend much time at the house since we spent most of our days visiting family nearby, but we felt at home when we returned each evening. We had one issue with the heat on the first night, but Julie was incredibly responsive and even followed up the next day. The home was decorated nicely, and we'd definitely consider staying again when we return to the area. "

"Gerri was so prompt with her communication. She even let us have a later check out time . The house was absolutely spotless and remodeled amazingly well. I love everything about it! The location is so close to shopping and dining. I would highly recommend this property. Also she had it stocked with everything we needed except our own food. Love this house ! And the Christmas decorations! "
