"Nice place and nice surroundings. Well positioned for the south east corner of Cornwall. It's not often you go away these days to a self catering cottage and don't get a welcome pack. Even if it's just a pint of milk. But not here. Also, free access to Wi-Fi is now pretty standard, but again not here. A couple of small things that could have made it perfect. "

"The apartment is probably the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. Rooms are much larger and inviting than presented in the pictures. Very well located from two very cute towns: Boscastle and Tintangel, with the coastal walk literally in front of the house. Hosts were wonderful...and the views from every window of the apartment are to die for! thank you Liz and Nick for sharing this slice of paradise with us. "

"We've stayed here four times now, and the apartment is still as immaculate as the first time we came. It's very well equipped, and ideally placed for getting to lovely coastal walks. Unfortunately our walking was curtailed by Storm Darragh, but the apartment was a warm, comfortable place to stay indoors, if rather noisy in the very strong winds because of its exposed position with views out to the coast!"

"A lovely peaceful week at flat 5 Seapoint. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Simon, the owner who lives behind the property, greeted us on our first day, he was very friendly and had left us lots of treats (thank you Simon). We didn't venture too far from the flat, but did have lunch at Pilchards restaurant in Port Gaverne, it's a tapas place, a bit pricey but nice. The flat is newly renovated and has everything you need for a week away from home. "

"These apartments were in the perfect location.beautifully clean and hassle free. Parking space is a huge bonus too as we could walk up and down to the beach from our van, leaving body and surf boards then pop back down to the beach again. I would say the only drawback was having no privacy atall on the decked area at the back. There is a very low wall dividing each apartment so didn't feel we could sit out there really. Just needs some screening. We will definally be back, fantastic place,...

"After being let down last minute on a previous booking we found this hidden gem last minute. The cottage was very well equiped with everything you need, had super comfy beds and a cosy log burner to warm us up after a days walking. And of course the hot tub...bliss!! "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
