"In the start there were a few misunderstandings and some confusion. Nothing serious. The owner is very kind and responsive. It's a beautiful property and if I'm in the area, I'll stay here again. If you're in the area for tourism be prepared for some moderate-difficult walking."

It's a bit cold this time of year but there was a thoughtful little heater and big wool blanket in the room in addition to the radiator which was very warm. Great sleep! "This is a hidden gem that I highly recommend if you love breathtaking vistas, history, and wonderful service and exceptional hospitality. Went out of their way to be accommodating and thoroughly enjoyed the geothermal heated pool overlooking the valley. Spa services available onsite as well. Jacuzzi, massage and IR sauna. I came upon this out of last minute necessity and plan return trip there on my next visit. "
