"Giacomo and Giovanna were the perfect hosts. Our Black Tea unit had a magnificient view and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. "Amazing place, will come back. Everything you would want from a visit to Tuscany. Warm people, delicious food and amazing ambiance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had excellent hot water. "Great location, walkable from the train station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. First night we got a room by the elevator, and it was very loud. "Hotel was great for a quick stop through our EU trip. We had three rooms and the staff was great! We enjoyed food and drinks for the bar and everything was delicious! They even have a 24hr sauna which is nice after traveling all day! Beautiful area, wish we had more time here! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had the whole trip and included in stay!
