Enjoyed the full kitchen stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Only suggestion might be to upgrade with more comfortable funiture in the living room area. "The suite was nicely renovated for a historic building. There is a cute Christmas tree for the season. The furniture is retro and stylish but not very functional if you want to spend time in it like I did. Difficult to read a book on the couch or chairs, not able to lean back or put feet up. The tall dining table is also a book shelf, very cute, but need to straddle your legs around it.No counter space in the kitchen, but I used the shelf from kitchen to the living space to set my coffee and...

"We were in La Crosse for a tournament. Wanted somewhere quiet but close to ball field. It was a very quiet spot, kitchen was well stocked, and beds were very comfortable. Our host was super. She gave us info on the area, bought the coffee, and even made chicken on the grill. We could relax by the dock."

We love the space and the amenities (we could've used some Kleenex and some washcloths and additional towels, but really not a big deal). We also love the fact that we can go downstairs to get great cocktails/beers and yummy food. We had Sunday breakfast at F & F before we left; it was outstanding! "There were six adults and an infant staying in the house. One of my sons opted to stay in a hotel instead of using the air mattress.. The bedrooms were nice, and comfortable The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was no high chair as listed in the description but most of our meals were eaten out.so that wasn’t a problem."
