The condo is clean, the property is fantastic, communication with the owners is excellent, and they've thought of everything that you might need while on holidays at the pool and beach. We've never been to a better supplied rental. We highly recommend this get-away!"

"The location for this studio condo is way over the top. Gated entrance and private. Condo Unit is on the 2nd floor and balcony faces the ocean just steps away. We kept the sliding glass door open every night to hear the ocean waves. The one and only downside are the furnishings. Way too much furniture in the unit and some of it needs to be replaced. The bed however was very good. We would stay here again."

"A great place to stay and it will not break the bank. The downstairs condo is perfect for a small family. This place is also a 3 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo on Hutchinson Island."
