"Honestly, it's a beautiful property, and if you're looking to enjoy some solitude or spend quality time with your partner, this is definitely the place for you. Since it’s situated in the heart of nature, we encountered frogs and other insects, but they had mentioned this before booking, so I can't fault them for it. "I didn’t get any sleep for the one night I was there because all the motorcycles were loud and going all night long. The bathroom was out by the pool but still attached to my room. It was open and I felt I had no privacy if I had to go to bathroom. You could hear everything. "

"Very friendly helpful staff. The grounds and casitas are nice and the views of the lake and volcano are really nice. Of course, the flies are incessant in the morning. "We stayed 3 nights. Road work caused 20-30 mins extra time to go around to get to the property. Staffs were great. Room was ok, the single mattresses were not good quality. shower water was pretty little. Not enough lightning in the room. The property was beautiful."

"My teenage daughters & I were travelling alone, we felt safe, had amazing breakfasts everyday. One of my daughters is coeliac & they made her pancakes, had the best bread for & amazing coffee. "It’s a must visit luxury resort in Ubud. All staff members there are professional and so kind: exception and great service by all staff, especially Yude, who really went above and beyond service and really ensured we are comfortable and satisfied with our stay. I would highly recommend anyone staying there to invest in that extra bit and get the villa. It is worth every penny. Gets plenty of sunlight, is private and a lot more relaxing environment."

On the negative side: location is very noisy (right beside a busy road), the staff are not welcoming and pay no attention to dietary requests and WiFi is poor. "One of the best hidden gem in Kintamani area. This place has best view of mountain and lake. All staff is very friendly & helpful. The access to property is a bit confusing, you should ask around in case if you got lost. But it’s super worth it. I want to come back again for sure!"

"A fantastic and chill way to spend time with the majestic Sumatran elephants in a very impressive environment. The facilities are great and they are constantly improving. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff quickly and effectively made up our room and performed the turndown service seamlessly. The place is a ton of fun and very well cared for. My family loved it all. "

"We really enjoyed our family stay at Sakti Resort. The grounds are lovely and nestled in the jungle; the pool is lovely (though a bit deep for littles), and the service was warm, receptive and responsive. There are lots of dining options across the street too (including a cute french style bakery and cafe). We had an adjoining room for our kids and the format worked perfectly. The rooms are impeccable and Netflix/Prime is available on TV. i used the spa at the resort which was alsp great. The only area for improvement in my opinion is the restaurant food for dinner, which is averages. Prices are fair though so if you just need a place to eat it works. The breakfast buffet has lots of options and they change it daily for variety. All in all an excellent stay and I would definitely head back with my family or even a group of gfs."
