"First time staying there for 4 nights. Awesome! Hubby & I enjoyed it so much. For adults only so pretty quiet in the middle of the padi fields. That being said, plenty of little creatures for company but that is to be expected in a village style accommodation; though upscale. Nothing around but nature; which we loved. Ubud center is about 15 mins away but with shuttle service available we have no complaints. Driver/ Butler is knowledgeable & a good driver. Also help me get some fruits I wanted. Can’t wait to be back.☺️ BTW, the food is fantabulous!! I actually find myself wanting to go back to our little sanctuary for dinner instead of eating out in Ubud. Mashaallah! So goooood! Breakfasts were phenomenal! We were spoilt there. No need to second guess… we will stay there again for sure. Oh and one night, the staff surprised with a beautiful crafted presentation on our bed!!! Lia, Warwan, Dewa, Risky, and Wendhi, are what make this property a truly mesmerizing experience for your trip. They go above and beyond providing you with exemplary customer service. These 5 people make this proerty what it is. Very clean rooms, and property. The restaurants provide a wide array of choices and the views are to die for. We definitely will be returning. "

"The service at this place is 100 out of 10. The property itself is so beautiful but what takes it to the next level is the wonderful staff. Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The food at Deeva restaurant is outstanding. Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Listia, I want you to know that your efforts have made a huge impact and I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy. "Excellent stay in Ubud. Long walk into city centre and not ideal walking conditions but the hotel itself was great. Staff fantastic. Booked the shuttle to return and they left me and my daughter stranded but the front desk was super apologetic and comped us about 500k idr. Clean place. "
