"The room I booked on the web showed a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs - this was the only reason I booked this hotel. I was very disappointed to be told that this is just a standard picture on their webpage and there are only 2 rooms with a balcony. This is misleading - I would have stayed elsewhere. We knew we were in the city centre and the location is lovely and convenient. What we didn’t expect was the bar / restaurant beneath our room to be “kicking” until 3:30 am. We didn’t sleep...
