"Comfortable, clean, basic hotel. Staff is eager to please. Breakfast (extra 10 euros) is excellent. But, hotel is on 3rd and 4th floors, up fairly steep steps. There is a SMALL sign in the street floor lobby offering staff to carry luggage up, but it is so small we saw it only after we had manhandled our luggage all the way up. IF you take advantage of this service, the hotel’s location is not an issue. Otherwise, travel light. "

"We stopped for one night, the hotel was fine but quite basic, our room was very small and a little dated, plus the bed quite hard. However, all the staff were very friendly and despite having little English (and us having little French) we warmly welcomed. Our room and the public areas were very clean and despite what other reviews have said, the area felt quite safe. The hotel is well located, a short walk to restaurants and bars, very near the railway station but also quiet at night."

"I really loved this property. I am 75 years old and was a Solo traveler for two nights in Tours. Its proximity to the train station was perfect and the staff were cordial and very informative. "The owner of that small hotel is super helpful and friendly, the hotel is super clean, the bedroom was very confortable, and breakfast was lovely. The location was great and centralized to so many things. The car parking is a 5 minutes walk to the hotel and safe. We will definatly stay here if wecome back to Tours."
