Overall it was great, the staff was nice and the customer service was excellent. But the kitchen was lacking essential articles, like knives, casserole etc. But besides those little things, it was a great deal. Thank you!

The hotel is comfortable but located in a sketchy area. It’s convenient for three reasons, available parking for a fee, a shopping mall across the street with a small supermarket and a tram that takes you to the city center across the street on the main avenue.

Almost perfect.
Location is perfect. Across the street is a mall and train station. You cannot hear noise even if there is a train coming by. They have a garage where you can park your car safely. The only thing is that the rooms dont have AC but its okay since its not warm at nighttime. And the diswasher needs rinse and salt.

Good location for a stopover
Very good location if you have a car. Tons of street parking outside (parallel parking) or they have a small lot for 5 euro a night. Right across the street from the tram, so it's easy to get into the city. Next to a large mall with a lot of dining options. The room itself is very basic, but comfortable.

Hotel that cater all your needs
It was amazing. Hotel is just beside the tram station and shopping complex where restaurants are abundant. You can even cook since aLl utensils are provided in the hotel room. The room itself is very spacious abd clean.

Excellent. Friendly and obliging service staff. Shower was hot and water plentiful. Kitchenette well equipped. Limited tea or coffee in room but extra available from reception. Across the road from shops & eateries. Tram stops outside. Paid parking unless you can find a spot on the street.

Our first Appart Hotel experience
This was our first experience of an Appart Hotel, and it will not be the last, the reception staff were most polite, as we were travelling with a small dog, they allocated us a room close to the entrance which was perfect. The room had everything we needed, my only comment would be that the microwave was rather complicated so an information sheet would have helped. One thing to be aware of that this hotel is in a residential area so parking is difficult so book one of the hotel spaces.

Staff very polite and helpful. No A/C so room was very hot. No table and chairs for dining. Eating your meal whilst sitting on the beds meant that some of our food ended up on the bed! No toilet roll and toilet roll holder was broken. Laundry facility was fine but expensive. The appartment itself was clean and tidy. The beds weren't very comfy. Our room didn't have a balcony, which was a shame, as we had been looking forward to sitting outside on a balcony of an evening with a glass of wine!

Well situated spacious and clean
We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious. The furnishing is a bit minimalist and we could have dome with another sofa, but what there was was comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony which we used but would be more useful in the hotter weather. There were two well-equipped bathrooms and a reasonable kitchen unit. Breakfast was well supplied. There is a coin-operated laundry which worked well.
