"We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back...

"We have just returned from a wonderful few days at this beautiful villa. The house is much larger than the photos show and is really lovely. The pool was a real highlight for us, our kids spent most of the day in the pool! The views from the villa are stunning and it’s close enough to Sainte Maxime to walk down and enjoy the shops and restaurants. We can’t recommend it enough and hope to be back some day. Thank you ! "This house is lovely, it’s spacious and has a fantastic outdoor area with a large swimming pool. The property manager is lovely and very helpful with quick response times. We really enjoyed our stay. Please note that, there is a cleaning fee that needs to be paid in cash at the end of your stay and towels are not provided."

"Everything about this accommodation was a 5 star. From the communication prior, check in process, the villa itself and location, we couldn't ask for more. Do bring your walking shoes, its at the top of a hill which offers beautiful views so it was well worth it. Plenty of restaurants, cafes etc. within walking distance and of course the beach too. The villa was spacious enough that with 10 of us staying there, we did not feel on top of each other. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here."

"It was good. We had no cooker nor oven for the first night. No oven for the whole time we were there. The agent was piping in without notice. Over all the land lord was polite. Villa had 3 bath/showers not 5 as advertised. The flat below is not a 2 bedroom it’s a one bed. Not enough cupboards in the property. Over all was nice 👌."

"We were a little tired and stressed on arrival as our pre booked hire car was a bit of a mission to sort. The Villa owner was there when we arrived, wanting payment for bedding and cleaning. We were expecting the bedding but had missed the €180 for cleaning as the correspondence was in French only. She said that they shouldn’t really be letting the property as they’d had a water leak leaving one of the rooms damp and with mould, which was true.
