"Good size for 4 couples, although lack of ensuite toilets to all 3 main bedrooms a bit of a let down. Spacious, bright, airy property of a modern design, but the décor is looking a bit tired. Surprised that no equipment instruction manuals were provided, they are normally. Had trouble with dishwasher and were not aware of the blinds at each window. Great swimming pool and outdoor living area, although little used in October. When large group / couples staying more access keys would be useful....

"It was good. We had no cooker nor oven for the first night. No oven for the whole time we were there. The agent was piping in without notice. Over all the land lord was polite. Villa had 3 bath/showers not 5 as advertised. The flat below is not a 2 bedroom it’s a one bed. Not enough cupboards in the property. Over all was nice 👌."

We were expecting the bedding but had missed the €180 for cleaning as the correspondence was in French only. "Great property, beautiful view, very friendly and helpful check in help. Had issue with A/C, fixed very quickly. This is not a criticism but a suggestion, paper towel in the kitchen, one extra roll of toilet paper, pool towels and maybe a couple of laundry pods would have been very helpful, especially when traveling from the USA."

"Beautiful little villa high up on the hills outside Grasse. We sat outside on the veranda every evening enjoying the view with our wine and appies after long days sight seeing. Even the friendly felines made us feel welcome. One note, we had a larger suv for 5 adults and the parking getting into the garage was a little tight."

"This villa is perched high in the hills near a quaint medieval town. The views were spectacular, the home comfortable and spacious, and it was a quick walk to town (which had a number of wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and gelato venues.) The infinity pool was perfect to jump into after a day out site seeing in the French Riviera. Both our host and property manager made everything very easy for us. We had a wonderful family holiday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"A great stay. Would recommend a visit to the local vinyard where there is wine tasting and also a hike through the vines and surrounding hills. A trip to the Gorges du Verdon is also a must with the option booking an electric boat for a couple of hours. For a shopping trip, CAP3000 in Nice is worthwhile with over 100 shops and restaurants. The property was great. We arrived just after a big storm, so the pool was quite sandy, but it improved throughout our stay with the help of the pool...

"A lovely villa. Clean, comfortable and friendly check in. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is breathtaking. Take a laptop if you want to watch something that needs downloading. Very dog friendly with fenced garden. Everything is provided, extra blankets, ping pong, bicycles, dads, loo rolls, washing up liquid, really all you could want. We had two 20 year olds with us and they really enjoyed the boat daytrip we organised and the local market. Recommended."
