"We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back...

"The big surprise plus was the salt water pool Loved that. A big long pool deep enough to dive was great so lots of competitions between the families - including boules and ping pong. We were 11. The other thing was a/c in all the rooms if you wanted it. Though we didn’t need it. Fabulous outdoor kitchen was a big bonus too. "We stayed for 2 weeks over the summer with our 2 boys aged 9 and 13. The house is in a great location for the beach and for exploring the Côte d’Azur. The panoramic views are exceptional and the house is rustic but has been beautifully styled. I would recommend the house for a family but maybe not for very young children as the spiral staircase is steep and there are lots of steps and sharp drops in the garden and pool area.
