"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. "No free internet, bad stains on mattresses and sofa bed, paid double what I did last year, standards have dropped under this new management and I will not be going back, staff are just not interested even after I complained about internet access, best avoided I would say"

"I think the property is missing the potential to make money! They could easily open up the bar area and residents could meet & new friendships made."

"This is a no frills option. It is basic accommodation which is clean. The location is central to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The payable secure parking is also very good. "

"The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Every employee on site would make eye contact and greet you every time they saw you, in a very genuine way. We just felt very welcomed and cared for. The easy walk to the beautiful beach, with Sun loungers and umbrellas assigned by room, so you never had to search for a chair - amazing!!"

"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "

"Fint sted pænt og ordentligt. Hyggelig Gated community med hyggelige blokke af lejligheder. Pænt pool område seperat indhegnet. Ligger et lidt sjovt sted men der er gode indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden med et supermarked ig en fantastisk bager. Området bagved er et naturområde som egner sig til løb, MTB eller gåturen. Stranden og området er meget fint og gode udbud af lækre restauranter og shopping mulighed. Husk at bestille bord på restaurant!"

"We had a great stay at this property. Location is very central and close to restaurants, shops & the beachclubs. Good amount of space, 2 beds, 2 bath, clean, modern, very comfortable. AC worked very well and had separate meters for the common area and the two bedrooms which was a great plus. "

"Liked: huge balcony, smart layout of the flat, good quality equipment, 3 fans, nice pizzerias (Pizza du Pub) Didn't like: flat itself is a bit small, kid's kit didn't include bathtub although advertised on their leaflets that it is there, broken safe box, balcony door very hard to lock therefore exposing ourselves to theft, not enough sunbeds"

"Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."
