"My family stayed at the property and had a wonderful time. Arturo and Maribel are the caretakers and are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. They keep the property in fantastic shape and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend hiring Maribel to do the cooking, as she is amazing!! The pool is great, the beach was just fine for swimming. "At first glance, the house is super cute. The patio and the views are stunning. I could (and did) sit on the patio for hours a day. It was clean when we checked in and the person who greeted us was great. It’s also very central to the little village (1 minute walk to restaurants and supermarket) and to Zuma tours for excursions. "A completely run down place. When entering the room there was mouse poop on the beds and the shelves. Taking a shower was impossible because there wasn’t enough water available. Place is not safe. Long dark walkways without any illumination in the property to get to your cabin. At night lots of traffic noise and parties in the neighborhood. Not recommendable"
