"I arrived to a dirty condo. Once I got ahold of Brad he had the place cleaned within 2 hours. Not the greatest way to arrive at the condo but Brad corrected the price for me to compensate me for the loss of time in the condo. Condo is located within walking distance to the pool so very convenient for that!"

"Pros: The pool was amazing! Definitely the highlight of our stay. The view from the patio was beautiful and a great place to relax. The bathrooms were really nicely updated. The beach was nice as well. Cons: The doorknobs and window locks need serious upgrades. The hallway bathroom window lock was broken and the window was open (with no screen). We have visited CR on multiple occasions and have stayed in Los Sueños many times however this house is legitimately a vacation within a vacation. Our host Michael is very professional, incredibly easy to work with, and his staff were a delight! We had some minor issues and Michael worked immediately to rectify these.
