"Such an amazing place. Great views. Great service. Great food. A wonderful place to stay. I wish there had been more assistance with trek planning. There is a separate group that helps with hikes and is not part of the hotel, but they weren't helpful for a few general questions. Still I cannot fault the hotel for something like that."

"very nicely situated campsite, comfortable beds and warm duvets in igloo tents. Social facilities clean, hot water in the shower. In the restaurant you can have a meal, but if they serve a group of more people, you have to wait an hour, but they have an excellent aperol spritz. The electricity is turned off for the night and if you get up before seven, the water doesn't run. The lady at the reception was nice, helpful and spoke fluent English, I got a lamp and a blanket from her in addition"

"Hotel with a stunning view on the mountains, with very friendly staff and a good kitchen. Denise at the reception gave us good tips on the park and when and where to go. Food in the evening was superb. We ate a typical Chili dish and the lamb. Both recommended!"

"When staying in this area, you have to manage expectations. The Villa Serrano area exists to host travelers closer to Torres del Paine than Puerto Natales, cutting off an hour of travel each way into the park. Hotel del Paine has basic rooms—small, not much room to store close or equipment (no drawers, hooks, shelf space, etc—but the bed was really comfy, the room is warm, the bathroom very clean. No wifi in the rooms, but it screams in the lodge. Good meals, outstanding views of Cuernos....

"Comfortable room. As with most hotels in the area, walls and fairly thin, so hearing other guests coming and going can be noisy. It’s more than compensated for, though, by the friendly staff, comfortable shared spaces, and incredible view. Stay here . . You won’t be sorry!"

"We booked Riverline Lodge as a convenient place to wash up and regroup after finishing a 5-night trek in Torres del Paine, and get an early start across the Argentine border the following morning. Not expecting anything special, we were blown away by the kind hospitality, the cozy room with woodstove and sheepskin rug, the sunny common sitting area with lots of great natural history reading material, and the delicious homemade salmon dinner. "The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. It is fine during quiet times during the say. The kitchen is supplied with the bare minimum, no salt etc. The bathroom does not have a shelf to put your toothbrush etc so you are stuck with the edge of the sink or the floor.
