"We loved our stay here! We stayed in one of the Domo Basic Rooms that is its own little hut in the front yard of the lodge. These rooms are small and more like glamping but have their own bathroom and they still provided daily housekeeping. It was by far the most affordable accommodation we could find in Torres del Paine and it worked perfect to crash in after a long day exploring. Breakfast is included and was a decent variety, we ordered boxed lunches the day prior that were about $10 USD a person. We also ate in their dining room each evening, their menu has a good variety to eat at multiple nights in a row and decent pricing considering how remote the location is. The staff were just outstanding and so friendly. You can't beat the location in Rio Serrano for quick drives to Torres del Paine hikes and stunning views everywhere you look. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is special. The spectacular views and surroundings, the staff, the activities it offers, they are all incredible. I felt very at home here, which as a solo female traveller was wonderful. I stayed in both the standard and deluxe rooms during my stay. Both are great, if you can stretch the little extra the deluxe are worth it for the views alone, but they are also more modern. The food in the restaurant felt home cooked and delicious, and the bar staff make excellent cocktails. If you get a chance to try the traditional Patagonian lamb BBQ you must, it was the most delicious lamb I have ever eaten!! The staff at The Massif are very good at advising and organising activities, all of which were excellent. I lived my stay here and hope to return soon. Thank you Rio Serrano hotel and staff for a revitalising stay!"

"very nicely situated campsite, comfortable beds and warm duvets in igloo tents. Social facilities clean, hot water in the shower. In the restaurant you can have a meal, but if they serve a group of more people, you have to wait an hour, but they have an excellent aperol spritz. The electricity is turned off for the night and if you get up before seven, the water doesn't run. The lady at the reception was nice, helpful and spoke fluent English, I got a lamp and a blanket from her in addition"
