"House was a little dated, especially the kitchen which needs repair. The cloths dryer did not work well. Otherwise, the house was comfortable in a safe, gated, community which had a nice pool area with a small private beach. You can’t walk to anything outside the neighborhood. Downtown Dorado actually has some good happy hour spots. The real attractions like the rain forest and Old San Juan are 45 minute plus drives away. "

"My family met in Dorado for a reunion. The condo is beautiful, spacious and fully equipped. We couldn't ask for anything more. The grounds are extremely well maintained and close to the town and the Ritz (where the rest of our family was staying). There is a paved walkway to the beach. There is also tennis courts, gym, pool and playground! There are some pool floats in the condo. The host, Joshua, replied within 5 minutes to any questions and even asked for feedback how to improve! "Great communication with host. The house does need some upkeep. Not enough plates for our party of 9 to eat dinner. 2 of the oven burners did not work. The A/C did not work in one of the bedrooms. Lack of hot water in one bathroom and the kitchen. One of the pool tiles was loose and when my son stepped on it he fell into the deep end of the pool. House has good bones, but needs a lot of upkeep. The gate to the beach is barely holding on. "

"This was a great spot 40 minutes west of San Juan. The unit was spacious, airy, and clean. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen and being close to a sunny pool and a gorgeous private beach. The property management provided excellent communication and support during our booking, check-in, and stay. "

Community is right off of main highway (traffic audible) at end of a short, dead end street with a few homes, businesses, warehouses or other metal buildings and parking lots with commercial vehicles - not inviting, comfortable vacation environs. Listing is accurate about it being in a waterfront condo community, but is a very small community of 5 or 6 condos with no services or real proximity to any and zero green...

"Beautiful property with an amazing atmosphere. We did have a difficult time with communication prior to check in, as the host didn't reply to several messages about how to get in over the 24 hours before our check in. We thankfully just drove to the property early and ran into the cleaner to get in. We also had to pester them for the wifi info. There was no "welcome book" as many places have with info about cleaning, wifi, or local attractions. The kitchen was sparse as far as dishware and we...
