"We enjoyed the property, which worked well for our group of 7. It was fairly represented. Our only issue, which did not affect our satisfaction was communication. After checking in we had some questions about use and some supply issues. Each time we called whoever answered indicated they only spoke Italian and hung up. The second number asked that we text, which we did. He responded once and brought an extra key, but never again. We got by and handled ourselves, but would have appreciate better...

"We loved everything about our stay. Ambretta and Bruno were wonderful and met us at the train station to transport our luggage and then took it back again. They also gave us some wine and were always very quick to respond to any questions we had. Location is perfect and we felt right at home. Levanto is the perfect place to stay and visit Cinque Terre. "

It is a second floor apartment that has a lift for easier accessibility. Would recommend and would stay again on our next trip to Santa Margherita. "

Elle bénéficie de grands espaces communs si besoin (cuisine avec four et tv) avec les autres locataires mais aussi d’une terrasse pour prendre les repas ! Luca est facilement joignable et réactif. "We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) "

" Nous avons réservé 9 jours. Dans l’annonce il n’est pas précisé qu’il faut garer sa voiture plus bas (sur des places réservées aux résidents parfois toute occupées) et monter environ 80 marches. Monter nos affaires à 33 degrés (+ une très forte forte humidité) a été plus que sportif… La communication a d’ailleurs été très compliquée car l’hôte n’était pas présent et ne donnait plus aucune nouvelle à notre arrivée …. 3 heures (de stress) plus tard il nous envoie la vidéo de là où est caché...

"Apartment is well located. We got used to the steps down to the town. Only a 20min walk to Rapallo. Superb view from balcony. Ideal location to visit the area."
