"Perfect location for a family vacation. We enjoyed opening up the big doors to listen to the waves and walking the short distance to Portofino along to trail for gelato. Giancarla was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable in the house."

"We had an amazing time in Sestri Levante and Monica's apartment was perfect! It is a stunning town, perfectly situated in the middle of Portofino and The Cinque Terre. The beaches are lovely sandy beaches and the old town is stunning! The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk from the old town and very very close to the beaches. The apartment was clean and tidy, exactly what was advertised. Monica was kind enough to leave some lovely treats for us and there were the basics...

"We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) "

" Nous avons réservé 9 jours. Dans l’annonce il n’est pas précisé qu’il faut garer sa voiture plus bas (sur des places réservées aux résidents parfois toute occupées) et monter environ 80 marches. Monter nos affaires à 33 degrés (+ une très forte forte humidité) a été plus que sportif… La communication a d’ailleurs été très compliquée car l’hôte n’était pas présent et ne donnait plus aucune nouvelle à notre arrivée …. 3 heures (de stress) plus tard il nous envoie la vidéo de là où est caché...

"We enjoyed our time in this cozy top floor apartment. It has a nice view of the sea, the church and the fort from a rooftop terrace. Convenient location, close to beach and shops. Small lift in building for 4 floors then two sets of stairs to the apartment. The last staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Bathroom is a tight fit, but has a full shower and nice hot water. Alberto and Nicoletta were very nice hosts with good response to communications and questions!"

"Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, war groß, sauber und zentral gelegen. Alles konnte man zu Fuß erledigen. Lokale, Geschäfte und Innenstadt waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gab sogar einen eigenen PKW Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Vermieterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Absolut empfehlenswert für Paar oder Familien mit Kindern. "

"This apartment was one of the stays we were most looking forward to on our month long trip in Europe - Unfortunately despite its potential was our biggest disappointment of the trip. The check-in was fairly complex as the included parking was a pass that is included but you have to find street parking to use it - which could be close by or up to mile away. The apartment was filthy - floors covered in dirt and dust - dirt and grime on pretty much all surfaces - mold and water damage in large spot...

"The good: The property is well situated it the edge of a tiny shopping center and and the water. It appears to be the only one in it's building that has the fantastic balcony with the view of the ocean. The bad: Parking is very challenging with only a few spaces for guests in the area. So, it could be a 20min walk back to the property from the car. It's over 110 stairs to get to the door of the property (no elevator). After carrying luggage up all those stairs, there is no A/C. "Wir haben uns schon beim freundlichen Empfang sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir spät angekommen sind, lief alles bestens. Und dann gab es zum Empfang auch noch ein Fest im Dorf ;-) Die Wohnung ist sehr groß! Drei Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz, eine große Wohnküche (in der ein paar Dinge fehlen, z.B. ein Toaster und ein paar scharfe Messer), ein Wohnzimmer und ein langer Balkon. Alles nicht modern, aber zweckmäßig, sauber und bequem. Wir haben uns alle (7) sehr wohl gefühlt."
