"We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) "

"Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, war groß, sauber und zentral gelegen. Alles konnte man zu Fuß erledigen. Lokale, Geschäfte und Innenstadt waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gab sogar einen eigenen PKW Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Vermieterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Absolut empfehlenswert für Paar oder Familien mit Kindern. "

"Great location and the bike made everything super convenient. Emanuela picked us up from the train station, gave us a tour and showed us in. Very comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beach but far enough that it was quiet at night. Highly recommend staying here, and check out the Punta Manara for great hike with panoramic views!"

"L'immobile avrebbe qualche lavoretto da fare, ottimi gli spazi e buona la posizione peccato il traffico e soprattutto il caldo!!! (Anche se penso che come in questo Agosto capiti poche volte). Le pentole forse le cambierei (un pochino troppo datate). Host gentile e disponibile!! In ogni caso è stato un buon soggiorno.... in fondo a Santa si sta sempre bene!!!!!"

"This apartment was one of the stays we were most looking forward to on our month long trip in Europe - Unfortunately despite its potential was our biggest disappointment of the trip. The check-in was fairly complex as the included parking was a pass that is included but you have to find street parking to use it - which could be close by or up to mile away. The apartment was filthy - floors covered in dirt and dust - dirt and grime on pretty much all surfaces - mold and water damage in large spot...

"A lovely place to enjoy a relaxed time by the sea. We arrived by train - the apartment is convenient for the station, although the cleaning was running late, so our check in needed to be delayed. We had no problems during the week, and the apartment was as expected. We'd happily stay again if we came back to Sestri Levante. "Wir haben uns schon beim freundlichen Empfang sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir spät angekommen sind, lief alles bestens. Und dann gab es zum Empfang auch noch ein Fest im Dorf ;-) Die Wohnung ist sehr groß! Drei Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz, eine große Wohnküche (in der ein paar Dinge fehlen, z.B. ein Toaster und ein paar scharfe Messer), ein Wohnzimmer und ein langer Balkon. Alles nicht modern, aber zweckmäßig, sauber und bequem. Wir haben uns alle (7) sehr wohl gefühlt."

"This place is an amazing find and great value for what it has to offer. As part of LHP the appartment was done following the same look and ammenities of the 5 stars LHP Santa Margherita Palace Hotel (where I stayed last year and reviewed it with a 5 star rating). Clean, comfortable, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms it is a lot more spacious than any hotel room if you don't mind not having every day service (I didn't). The large balcony offers spectacular views !"
