"It was hard to find but once we were there it was smooth sailing. Very quiet and peaceful. Great if you’re flying and get there late. We only stayed 1 night and had no problems. They provided a locker, shower towel, toothpaste, tooth brush, restrooms, and a peaceful environment. We went downstairs at terminal 2 and then asked where it was and it was very easy to find. Everyone was nice. "

"Wonderful place to start or end a trip to Tokyo. Building and spa area were very clean with ample amenities. As someone who has never been to a Japanese onsen, it was an interesting experience, and the provided materials make the process smooth. Be sure to plan around the bus schedule in advance. This was also my first experience with a pod hotel, and as a fairly tall person (6’2”), I was a little worried I’d feel cramped inside the pod, but luckily I was able to stretch all the way out. "Overall, not a bad experience. A good deal for how affordable it was. It’s dated, but clean. There is a smoky smell, as others have mentioned, but not terrible, unless you’re particularly sensitive. I had to leave early due to a storm, so didn’t actually sleep here, but accommodations looked fine. Pretty spacious for a typical capsule style. It was definitely warm, though. "

"Great atmosphere. The sauna and hot tub area is fantastic. The capsule was fine. It had plug in for charging and lights, TV. The bed itself was a bit stiff, but I still slept fine. Close to train stations, close to shopping and all sorts of food. The street it is on is lively and fun. I would definitely spend a night here again if I ever go back to Japan. Shampoo, shaving blades were provided to keep you looking fabulous. Highly recommend. Breakfast was also great 👍"

"1 Night ¥1980 Hotel is everything you could ask for and more out of a hotel with the lower nightly rate you pay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (coming from someone who doesn’t speak nearly any Japanese). The dorm areas had cleaning staff going through everyday ensuring garbages were emptied, bathrooms, floors, etc.., were clean. Only a 5 minutes walk to Iriya station so very easy to get around Tokyo. I had no troubles with noise from other guests, everyone was very respectful...

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I needed a bit of help with the check-in process and the staff member there was so helpful and nice. The capsules are so comfortable, clean, and SUPER cool, it's like sleeping in a spaceship. And the shared spaces (bathroom, shower, dining area) were perfect. So clean and available for all my needs. I only wish there a cool air option for inside capsule, then it would be PERFECT! 9/10 would recommend if you're staying in Saitama!! "

"Without Google Maps would never have found it. No English signage, entrance looks more like an apartment, entrance in an alley, and front desk is on the top floor. You enter through 2 glass doors into a tiny lobby with 1 elevator with 1 floor button (6). Take shoes off shortly after elevator to arrive at the front desk. NO ENGLISH. Small capsules, noisy at times, and small lockers. On the plus side, nice hot tubs and sauna and bathing area with all toiletries supplied. Not meant for...

"We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced. The bag holding room was amazing, as we could leave our bags, locked up and safe, until check in time. We didnt need to deal with too many staff but they were all helpful. I did have an issue with needing to change rooms, and while communication through expedia messaging was very slow (24hrs to reply to an email) staff were helpful at solving the problem. We were in the new Marlin rooms. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. There were a few noisy neighbours and we could hear banging and stomping, but in general it was quiet enough. Very conveniently located next to the train station and malls for shopping. The Disney bus was easy and convenient. My family especially loved the free toiletries room and the welcome lounge every evening with drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again."
