"My first time staying at capsule hotel and I am not sure what to expect. The staff is helpful in explaining everything and they provide towels, sleep robe, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste. The capsule is roomy, but it was hot for me at the beginning just laying there. After midnight the temp got colder and the blanket came in handy. The pillow was my only complain it was too hard and I didn’t use it. I had 2 luggages and I was able to store them in the provided locker. It was very...

"overall pretty good. capsule is on the smaller side but very cozy. The facilities are good apart from the dryer which didn't dry my clothes much after an hour. other than the dryer would stay again."

"I don't understand any of the negative reviews. I stayed here for about 8 nights. Capsule hotels aren't meant for people who pack heavy or or are looking for convenience. Alot of people conplain they make you keep your luggage upfront, well thats half the story, they give you a locker to put your suitcase in if you have multiple suitcases or your suitcase is gigantic thats on you. Also maybe i got lucky but everyone was super respectful and quiet when i stayed. Lastly, super easy place to stay...

"Overall, not a bad experience. A good deal for how affordable it was. It’s dated, but clean. There is a smoky smell, as others have mentioned, but not terrible, unless you’re particularly sensitive. I had to leave early due to a storm, so didn’t actually sleep here, but accommodations looked fine. Pretty spacious for a typical capsule style. It was definitely warm, though. "

"Great atmosphere. The sauna and hot tub area is fantastic. The capsule was fine. It had plug in for charging and lights, TV. The bed itself was a bit stiff, but I still slept fine. Close to train stations, close to shopping and all sorts of food. The street it is on is lively and fun. I would definitely spend a night here again if I ever go back to Japan. Shampoo, shaving blades were provided to keep you looking fabulous. Highly recommend. Breakfast was also great 👍"

"1 Night ¥1980 Hotel is everything you could ask for and more out of a hotel with the lower nightly rate you pay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (coming from someone who doesn’t speak nearly any Japanese). The dorm areas had cleaning staff going through everyday ensuring garbages were emptied, bathrooms, floors, etc.., were clean. Only a 5 minutes walk to Iriya station so very easy to get around Tokyo. "PROS Very cozy room but plenty of space under the bed for storing baggage. Lots of useful information on the TV home screen (WIFI password, checkout details, room cleaning schedule, public bath crowd size, etc.) Multiple power outlets, including USB. Quick walk to train stations. Unbeatable choice if attending a sumo match at the nearby stadium. Also perfect for visiting the Edo-Tokyo Museum when it reopens after the renovations conclude. Excellent Lawson convenience store located on the second floor. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. DRAWBACKS - Taller folks might find the bathroom module challenging. - Not enough elevators for the number of people in such a large hotel usually trying to reach the lobby at checkout time. - Stairs only for emergencies above the second floor. "

"Another wonderful hotel our family had the pleasure of staying at during our Japan adventure trip! Top-notch hotel with good value! Updated with plenty of amenities and conveniently located near Tokyo Sky Dome. Comfortable beds, pajamas, and clean rooms. The best part of it all were the hotel staff; incredibly courteous, friendly, and attentive to our needs. As visitors from US, we felt so welcomed. We truly appreciated all the assistance with navigating our trip ( ie hotel check in, travel/food advice, ordering us our taxi to the Narita airport). We highly recommended this hotel! 5/5 stars! "
