"This property is in a stunning location! Robert, the owner, lives in the adjoining house and is incredibly helpful, kind and generous in giving you privacy and assistance where required. The location causes some challenges to the house with rust/salt water/dampness but it was also the time of year, and not avoidable by the host. I would say it’s greatly suited for a couple looking to enjoy an absolutely gorgeous view and location. It’s close to many other amenities and is fully equipped with anything you may need. Add this place to your list if visiting Dominical! "

"This was a top notch house. There’s a reason why it’s all five star reviews. I loved every second of it. The living room can get a little hot since there is no AC due to the open air around the rooftop, but you can always open the sliders. I was just not wanting so many bugs in. So when I got too hot, I’d go sit by the lovely pool and be immediately cool. I saw monkeys, toucans, iguanas, the most beautiful hummingbirds I’ve ever seen in my life. Really spectacular. The owners and the manager are just fantastic. Great communication."

"Loved the house and the location was great. The pool outside was perfect and we would go play in the water at the beach. Note that the beach right out front of the house is not a good place to play since there are large rocks and swift currents in the area. You have to walk a couple hundred yards north to get to an area you can play safely. Waking to that beach on high tide can be difficult. "

"We enjoyed a stay here with 9 of us, 5 adult/kids (age 15-22), and 4 parent/adults. The house is as beautiful as advertised in the pictures. Each bedroom is essentially a master suite. The kitchen was very nice, with everything you'd need to cook meals and more. We very much enjoyed playing pool outdoors but under the overhang in the evenings when it would rain sometimes through the week. The beds had very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Last but not least, Alejandro the concierge made sure everything was taken care of, from a tour of the house and city when we arrived, to helping book tours (all of which were excellent), to making dinner reservations for us. 11/10 service from him :). You should be aware that the (0.15 mile) driveway is very steep but it is paved. If you walk up you'll have some sweat on your forehead when you reach the top but that's perfect because you can go straight into the pool and it's quite refreshing! Dominical is a very laid back, quiet town, but with enough bars/restaurants and small shops to keep our "kids" busy. You can walk to essentially your own private beach (it's not really private, but we literally had it to ourselves every time we went) in about 10-12 minutes. You do have to walk for a short stretch (I'd guess about 150-200 yards) on a fairly busy road to get there, but it wasn't too bad. Another 20 minutes walking on the beach and you're downtown Dominical. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to others."
