"Skotel is a wonderful place for hikers, nature lovers and people who appreciate the peaceful wilderness. We splurged on a cabin, because we like privacy, and peace and quiet for sleeping. The cabin didn’t disappoint for quiet, solitude, peaceful sleeps, wonderful views, ample space, fully functioning kitchen, balcony, and parking outside your door. Yes, the facilities are a little old and tired, but the cabin was spotless with clean sheets, a comfy bed, fluffy white towels, dish towels, and everything you need to cook, including dishwashing liquid. There was a laundry rack and ironing board, as well as a heated towel rack. While we brought our own food for breakfast and lunch, we made use of the dining room for dinners. We also used the on-site laundry, which was very convenient ($4/load). On site staff were all lovely and helpful. All in all, we had a lovely time at Skotel, and had our best sleeps here! "

"Alexander Motel is not a 5* hotel but everything works as advertised. Room, kitchen and bathroom are all clean. Bed is comfortable. For a small kitchen it is well equipped including an air fryer! It is easy to find and situated <100 yards away from the main road. There is an rsa restaurant beside the hotel for good value straightforward food. On the Main Street there are many cafes for breakfast options"

"Nice, welcoming facility. Room was a bit cramped for three adults. Common kitchen area was well appointed for cooking. Beds were comfortable. There is no cooling/air conditioning. We asked for and received an extension cord to allow us to place a room fan in the doorway to allow the cooler outside air into the room. Friendly staff visited us at length in the afternoon after their work was complete. "

"급하게 예약한 방인데 매우 좋은 선택이었습니다. 투베드룸 아파트먼트에서 지냈는데, 매우 깨끗하게 유지되고 있었고, 구조도 4인 가족이 지내기에 딱 좋은 사이즈였습니다. 인테리어는 모던하고 현대적입니다. 화장실이 약간 작지만 충분히 기능을 하는 편입니다. 수건이 아주 넉넉히 구비되어 만족스러웠습니다. 밤에 추울때 히트 펌프가 제대로 기능하여 금세 따뜻해졌습니다. 다음에 통가리로 크로싱 갈때 또 가겠습니다."
