If you plan to stay outside on the deck or the river 90% of the time you will probably love it. If you have to spend a significant amount of time inside you will find it cramped, with worn-out furniture and uncomfortable beds. It is operated by a management company and not the owner. "With this house you get an awful lot of dampness along side all the wonders of a beautiful bush setting, and fantastic morning bird song. There are dehumidifiers downstairs that barely take the edge off the appalling damp, moldy smell down where the lower bedrooms are.
