"place was lacking maint. and we had to shower in cold water, at times no electricity the staff on site did what ever they could to help, but owner was non existing way over priced for what you get!"

"It's a hidden gem, a castle that overlooks the lake. The staff were wonderful, full of smiles and always accommodating to our needs, specially the owner Juan Carlos. When our ride was unable to take us back to Mexico City airport, Juan Carlos took the initiative to drive us there. Thank you again. "
