The hotel is a hidden gem that overlooks a beautiful waterfall. The majority of the rooms are a decent walk from the lobby which we weren't aware of but the walk took us through out the beautiful grounds of the hotel. The spa was fantastic. One of the best massages I ever had. Very little English is spoken at this hotel expect by two workers. Hugo was fantastic! He made sure we knew where we were going and took care of us. Alan was very helpful as well! Would definitely stay at this hotel again but request a room within the main building.

Una muy mala experiencia, nos dieron una cabaña en mal estado, sucia. Salió un gusano rojo de la regadera. Pésimo servicio para comunicarnos al room Service ademas que todo llegó mal. Una verdadera decepción precio calidad. Hoy el desayuno frío y feo Hemos estado en muchos hoteles y este no lo recomiendo para nada. Fatal

Excelente servicio y atención. El lugar es precioso y tiene muchos detalles para una estancia placentera. Quizás sólo recomendaría un poco más de detalle en el mantenimiento. En general es muy bueno pero hay detalles que cuidar en las habitaciones.

El atractivo de la cascada dentro del hotel es muy bonito. Sin embargo las habitaciones ya son algo viejas, con olor fuerte a humedad, y sábanas y colchón sucios.

Yo reserve una habitación en el hotel, en cambio me dieron una "cabaña" que no tiene ni remotas condiciones para albergar huespedes. El peronal me comento que no habia calefacción en la cabaña, debido a que la "norma" del hotel es temperatura ambiente. En general al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento y esta años luz atras de las fotos que publican. El precio que se paga esta totalmente desproporcionado a la experiencia que brinda.
