Beautiful place, excellent service, great staff. Walls are a bit thin. We could hear very thing from the room next door. And I mean EVERYTHING!! 😬 But definitely will come back some day!!

Pools were old and dirty. Very noisy hotel and they don't have Air Conditioning. inconvenient location. Room service food was horrible. Do not recommend it at all. Staff did what they could but to no avail. Great massage! Not worth the price.

El personal es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y las camas son muy cómodas. Los precios de los restaurantes son bastante elevados y la comida es buena, pero no excelente. La zona de albercas es muy tranquila y el agua está templada.

El cuarto principal es excelente pero el segundo cuarto no tiene ventilación, la regadera y el baño fueron instalados después de la construcción por lo que son extremadamente pequeños e incómodos y al haber ventilación el mal olor se acumula en el cuarto. La privacidad entre los dos cuartos es muy mala

Es la 4a vez que visito el hotel, me gusta mucho su ubicación, servicio, instalaciones, solo que ahora tuve 2 malas experiencias: - Encharcamiento en la terraza de la habitación debido a que en la habitación contigua había u jacuzzi y seguramente o el llenado lo hacían desbordándose o algo que afectaba a nuestra habitación - otro tema importante es q la habitación estaba en frente al acceso de la cocina y en la madrugada era ruidoso por los trabajos que había.

El servicio en el restaurante bastante malo, muy amables todos pero esperar 20 min por un vaso de agua cuando no está ni la mitad del restaurante ocupado me parece terrible. Lamentablemente esto pasó durante toda la estancia, mal servicio. La vista espectacular, servicio de masaje excelente, habitación cómoda.
