"It was a bit dated but they are in the process of updating. Nice pool on the ocean, beautiful large area on the lagoon side. Good food and grieve helpful staff."

"The property manager was lovely and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of at all times. Very sweet traditional style cabanas with a small kitchenette, air conditioning (a must), and shower. Fresh water tubs with a fresh habiscus flower each day to wash the sand off of your feet. Our room was compact and comfortable. Nice beachfront a few steps away for sunrise in the morning. Placencia beaches are not the most swimmable. Nice walking area with shops and restaurants that feature local fare. We enjoyed the live entertainment at the restaurants next door. Overall, very nice and a good value."

They UNDERSTAND customer service! Everyone there made us feel welcome. Efi went above and beyond with scheduling, John was the most outgoing bartender, the property was meticulous. Our vacation was perfect!"

"Awesome location on a pretty beach with surreal sunrises and moonrises. The location is quiet and restful. Our room was very practical with a small fridge, drinking water, and A/C.The shower was tiny with dismal water pressure. Breakfast was perfect for us. It consisted of some sweet bread, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and coffee with a tropical breeze and a wonderful view. We enjoyed the beach and took advantage of the free use of a kayak. The pool area was peaceful and lovely. The property manager, Valesca, epitomized great service. She went out of her way to make sure our needs were met and made us feel at home. We checked out this morning and I already miss it. "

"We loved our stay here. The grounds were beautiful and the accommodations were upscale and comfortable. It had a very peaceful and relaxing vibe. The service and staff were excellent. This was a great place to unwind, and we loved sitting on our porch, watching the wildlife (lots of agouti!). I would absolutely recommend this hotel!"
