"The house is the perfect size for a small family. 2 Queen beds and the kitchen has all the amenities you could want. It’s right by the grocery store, beach, and Placencia Beach club. If you’re looking for a place to hang out with food, swim up bar, beach and pool the Placencia beach club is only 2 blocks away. Also 10 minutes to town with multiple restaurants along the way. I highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay in December. Check-in was easy, and the property was clean and well-stocked with all essential items. The area is safe and quiet; it was close enough to Placencia (town) without being too crowded. We were able to make a few day trips to interesting sites, so the location was excellent. "Great house- right on the beach (but you need to wear bug repellent!) and the house is amazing- better then the pictures. Only the rooms have ac but that’s fine as the breeze keeps things cool (in December). Caretakers are super nice and very helpful. Takes up to half hour to get to the main town of Placencia - plenty of grocery stores and restaurants to choose from. Did a deep sea fishing trip, atv trip in the jungle, and a snorkel trip as well- all from placencia or within 20 mins. Only note...

"My family and I spent a week on Maya beach and loved every moment. Maya beach is nicely situated a short drive from Placencia, where most of the food and activity is, but is far away up the road that the beaches are cleaner, quieter, and more peaceful. The cornhole, sea kayaks, SUPs, and other gear already stocked in the house made our stay easy and memorable."
