"Very secluded and spacious home. Our check in was smooth with Isabel. She showed me the house and very informative. The house is towards the end of the road and no visible signs from the road but neighbors are friendly and guided me to the exact location. My family and I were satisfied with the country style home. I would suggest more signs on the road with name casa Piancito just like the other homes on the road. It would also be helpful to have some lightning surrounding the property. Overall...

"The roads leading to the property are dirt roads that during the winter months in Nicaragua are inpassable. That was not mentioned on the online listing, we had to cut our vacation short becuase the SUV's we rented couldn't make it to the property. The property owner wants to give us only 50% of what we payed, that is unacceptable. The owner hasn't reach out, doesn't care and didn't care the day we tried getting to the property. "I am glad we chose to stay with our family at this house. Rooms were comfortable and clean, we had 7 people and everyone was comfortable, enjoyed the view from the pool. The beach inside the complex is amazing Caribbean white sandy beach with a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Road was good and easy to access the complex and house. "Our stay here was AMAZING! The house was very clean and the staff (Allan and his wife, Leticia) were super helpful. They cooked us some delicious dinners and were very attentive to all our Needs. The pool is great, we had some amazing sunsets and We were a short walk to Remanzo beach. We went for my sister’s 40th birthday and there were 13 of us, the house was super spacious and just so Comfortable. We made some amazing memories here and hope to be back soon"

"Great house and great time! We rented the place for a 40th birthday party for a group of friends and everything was exactly as advertised in the photos. Communications from the host by email (before we were in country) and Whats App (once in the country) were super easy / responsive. Opting into the additional meal service was a huge time / hassle saver, and I'd highly recommend. I'd encourage the hosts to add some patio furniture or a second hammock to the upstairs porch, but would absolutely...
