"This was my second time staying at this property everything about 99 Surf is incredible. The staff go above beyond to help, are incredibly friendly and seem to genuinely love their work. The property is located in a great area that is easily walkable to other great spots a popular surf break. But the food at 99 is probably my favourite. It's reasonably priced the quality of is immaculate! Make sure to try the Rosti for breakfast or the short ribs for dinner."

"The property was close to beach and walkable. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was an option which we had a few times. Staff was very helpful arranging taxi and sharing walks and things to explore. Enjoyed that it was non smoking. Enjoyed having coffee and water available as well. I would recommend this place and have no problem coming back."

"If you don't mind driving back and forth on dusty bumpy roads and asking where the heck this place is over and over, then it might be ok for you if you are a surfer that doesn't mind substandard lodging. The outdoor bathrooms were dirty with no water and the room smelled like vapors coming from the uncorked sewer drains. The room is worth far less"

"We were badly advised by the housing manager who told us that we could do our shopping on foot because the house is far from everything. At the end of the stay the way to the beach was impassable. There was no freezer and the fridge didn't work very well. Not recommended for travelers without a car."
