"The property was close to beach and walkable. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was an option which we had a few times. Staff was very helpful arranging taxi and sharing walks and things to explore. Enjoyed that it was non smoking. Enjoyed having coffee and water available as well. I would recommend this place and have no problem coming back."

"Have stayed here many times without incident. Always gave 5 star rating previously. Unfortunately the recent problems in Nicaragua have affected this hotel negatively. We were the only clients during our 2 night stay. Pool was not clean, rather milky white water too questionable to enter after we saw it in light of day. Room OK no complaints. "We loved our stay so much here! Everything was clean and safe (and there’s even A/C!). Luis was helpful with everything we needed. The location is great- just a short walk to Playa Gigante and Playa Amarillo. We walked everyday to surf, eat, and swim. El Gigante is seriously a hidden gem in Nicaragua and so is this place. Definitely our favorite place we’ve stayed in Nicaragua!"

"I am glad we chose to stay with our family at this house. Rooms were comfortable and clean, we had 7 people and everyone was comfortable, enjoyed the view from the pool. The beach inside the complex is amazing Caribbean white sandy beach with a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Road was good and easy to access the complex and house.
