"Great hotel located nearby Nagoya station. There is tea, coffee and toiletries available in reception which we really appreciated. The room was clean and a nice size and had a mini fridge which is useful. We didn’t hear any other quests and the staff were very professional. The staff who spoke enough English to help us check in and answer any questions. When we asked about our luggage options one of the training staff wasn’t sure what we meant but was able to use a live translator screen which...

"We had a great choice to stay this hotel for next day flight rather than get up early morning and run to the airport. Room was simple, but clean and comfortable. Entrance also accessible from the airport, convenience store is just out side of the entrance. Lots of dinig and shopping options, train station is also just out side of the entrance. We definitely use this hotel when we come to Nagoya."
