"Everything was completely comfortable. No extra service I asked for was too much trouble. This hotel met all my expectations. Kyiv has a midnight curfew. After this time, you must stay inside, though a hotel can keep its services and bar open. At the last place I stayed here, there were only a couple of people at the bar, but here, everyone came down to the bar to socialise. You can order the full menu of food until 2:00am."

"Still under remodeling. Any time during the day you can clearly hear drills and some other construction equipment. So if you are checking in at 1400 hours after a long trip, forget about falling asleep. Room is a-ok. The couch has very questionable cleanliness and is old. So is the carpet. There is no thermostat. "I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."
