"Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! We liked the place so much that we stayed an extra day. Conveniently located by some delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much! "

"I have just spent a month at the Ibis city centre Kyiv. The hotel and staff were excellent in very difficult circumstances. The hotel continued with dining facilities and laundry despite constant air raid alarms and power difficulties. How the staff keep such happy smiling faces with all that must be going on in their own lives is incredible. "I can't believe this hotel has 4 star rating. Maybe I was wrong, so this was my mistake. The building is old, small, and compressed. Not as spacious as I had hoped. Also no amenities (no gym, no small fridge, no hot drinking water). The only redeeming quality is that the location is good (near city center and near metro station), and at least the room is clean. "
