I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! The hotel continued with dining facilities and laundry despite constant air raid alarms and power difficulties. "I can't believe this hotel has 4 star rating. Maybe I was wrong, so this was my mistake. The building is old, small, and compressed. Not as spacious as I had hoped. Also no amenities (no gym, no small fridge, no hot drinking water). The only redeeming quality is that the location is good (near city center and near metro station), and at least the room is clean. "
