"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

"The staff were kind and provided detailed guidance. The facilities were good overall. However, I was not informed in advance that there would be a banquet when I went to the restaurant for a meal. Additionally, the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of doors closing were excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep. "This hotel was well worth the price and time. The staff was highly professional, and when I needed some adjustments to my arrival time they were more than accommodating. They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer. "Great location. Clean. They need to be more family and business women traveler friendly. The bar area that also doubles up as front lounge reception area/is toxic with a men only vibe. In the evening it becomes tough to pass by there-rough boozed up and exclusive to certain crowd."

Nice place but needs issues addressed

"I really like the location and vibe, except the loud 1980s music was annoying. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The food downstairs at Druzi Cafe was very delicious, but a bit pricey. However, their lattes were lukewarm and served in a soda glass with a straw. Definitely weird… Unfortunately, during my entire 5-night stay there, my room was not cleaned a single time, and my sheets and towel were never replaced. In addition something bit the heck out of me. My back and ankles are torn up, covered in bites; I didn’t hear or see any mosquitoes, so I’m wondering if it was bed bugs?"
